Teacher Rob’s Class Rules
1. Classes begin on time, if late, class does not extend beyond set time.
2. Missed classes are counted as if you were present.
3. 24 hour notice to inform me if need to reschedule class. Likewise, I will inform you if class needs to be changed or cancelled.
4. Payment needs to be made before start of second class, (to PayPal preferably, western union if no other means available.) unless other arraignments have been made. Normally, first class is free.
5. Payments are as follows: *$20 usd per hour / $11 usd per 30 minute class, $7 usd per 20 minute class. Sign up for 20 classes receive a discount of $2 usd per hour /$1 usd per 30 minutes and those scheduling for longer periods will be negotiated. I will consider other payment rates based on personal situations.
6. There are no refunds.
7. Refer a new student and receive a free class when they complete 10 classes. (Up to 5 referrals per current student)
8. Be open. We need to talk. Tell me if you are having any problems, so we can fix them. There are solutions to every problem.
9. Some teaching materials are free, others will be charged according to their value.
10. Be prepared. If reading or writing assignments are requested have them ready for next class.
Exception to missing class is any natural interference (loss of power/ Internet) or unavoidable circumstance. i.e. an accident or medical emergency.
*If rate has been set different than that stated here, I honor the rate stated. And payments must be for at least ten lessons initially.
